Every Black Swan adviser was named Top Rated in the 2024 VouchedFor guide
Firstly, we’re delighted to reveal that every Black Swan adviser is named in the 2024 VouchedFor Top Rated guide.
VouchedFor is an adviser directory that helps potential clients find reliable financial advisers, planners, mortgage specialists and accountants. Its aim is simple: to help consumers access the best possible advice for them.
The rating system is one of the key features of the platform as it allows consumers to see the experience other clients have had with a particular adviser.
Every year, VouchedFor publishes its “Top Rated” guide, which is distributed in the Times, the Telegraph, and the Mail on Sunday. It lists all the top advisers in the country for that year.
To qualify for this list, an adviser must:
- Be verified by the platform
- Have 10 or more reviews
- Have an average rating of at least 4.5 out of 5.
It’s a huge achievement for us that every Black Swan adviser meets these criteria and appears in this year’s Top Rated guide. Exceptional feedback showcases the quality of the service we provide to every one of our clients.
Black Swan is named as one of the 8 best adviser firms in London
As well as all our advisers appearing in the Top Rated guide, Professional Adviser recently announced that Black Swan has been shortlisted for the prestigious “Adviser Firm of the Year – London” award in the Professional Adviser Awards 2024.
These awards highlight the firms and individuals that go above and beyond for their clients. There are many different categories for specific advisers and other important roles such as administrators and paraplanners.
The most sought-after award for many is the “Adviser Firm of the Year” for each region and it’s gratifying to be shortlisted as one of the eight best adviser firms in the whole of London.
For context, Money Marketing estimates that around 3,000 adviser firms operate in the Greater London area.
The judges will make their decision later in the year and the winners will be announced on 20 March 2024.
We all have our fingers crossed and, even if we do not take the top spot, being shortlisted for this prestigious award already positions us as an industry leader.
Black Swan has been awarded the Cyber Essentials accreditation

According to Money Marketing, the number of cyberattacks on financial services firms tripled in the 12 months to June 2023, compared with the previous year.
